Profilio wasn't born in an incubator. It was born inside a fifteen-person recruitment agency in Lasne, in Walloon Brabant, that ran on Bullhorn and paid dearly for a tool that couldn't post a job on Forem, couldn't bill a placement, and couldn't speak French to its users. Every recruiter spent their days re-typing job ads, following up with candidates who never replied, and re-entering invoices in another piece of software.
We first built the tool for ourselves. Then we migrated the agency's entire database, thousands of candidates, companies and placements, out of Bullhorn. The agency has worked in Profilio every day since. It's that requirement, that of a team that has to place candidates and bill, that shapes what Profilio does and doesn't do.
