If you do a lot of sourcing and follow-ups, Autopilot pays for itself quickly.
Yes. A new user is billed pro rata and gets access to their plan immediately. A removed user stops being billed at the end of the current month. No change fees.
A work email found costs 1 credit, a mobile number found 10 credits; if we find nothing, nothing is deducted. On Essentiel, you buy packs as you need them: 500 credits for €79, 2,000 for €299, 5,000 for €729 (excl. VAT). On Autopilot, 250 credits per user are included every month, pooled across the team and reset on the 1st; a pack tops you up if you need more. You're notified at 80% and 100% of your balance.
Not on monthly billing: cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current month. Annual billing is about 20% cheaper. Your data belongs to you: full CSV export at any time.
Yes, and it's free on both plans: we import your candidates, clients, jobs and placements from your old ATS, and train your team. Allow 1 to 3 days depending on the database.
