The Claude connector

1. Add Profilio in Claude

1. In Claude (web, desktop or mobile): Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector. On a Team or Enterprise plan, the owner of the Claude organization adds it once for everyone.
2. Name: Profilio. Server address:
   https://ilxmjbuvivfvklvdriqk.supabase.co/functions/v1/mcp Copy
   Leave the "OAuth Client ID / Secret" fields empty.
3. Click on Log in : a Profilio page opens. Sign in, check the account shown, then Authorize.
4. In a conversation, turn on the Profilio connector and ask, for example: "What are my reminders for this week?", "Summarize Marie Dupont's profile before my call", "Who should I match to the Accountant job in Liège?"

What Claude sees

• Candidates and contacts: profile, career history, CV (link valid for one hour), notes, call reports, emails and messages
• Jobs, pipeline by stage, AI matching; clients and their contacts; your reminders, meetings and KPIs

Only your agency's data, with the same rules as in Profilio (private notes included). Lists are limited and paginated.

What Claude can do

• View everything, add a note, create a reminder, change a candidate's stage (except "placed")
• Create and edit candidates, contacts, clients, jobs; import a CV
• Add candidates to a pipeline; start or pause Autopilot
• Schedule, move or cancel an interview; move a reminder, mark it done
• Send an email or reply on your behalf, from your mailbox: 30 per day at most, never if your mailbox is paused

Claude shows you each email and waits for your approval before sending it.

Essentiel plan: viewing and everyday actions only (the first line). The rest is included in Autopilot.

What Claude never does

• Delete anything, anonymize a record (a closed job or a canceled meeting remains viewable)
• Place a candidate or invoice: that remains an action done in Profilio
• Act beyond your permissions: a read-only account cannot change anything, at any level

2. View and remove access

The applications that have access to your account, with full management. To cut access from the Profilio side (for example from another device), revoke it: Claude loses access immediately. In Claude, you can also disconnect Profilio from Settings › Connectors.
